Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety annual inspection was conducted on October 24, 2022. There were nineteen children present, with five staff supervising. The Inspector reviewed three child?s records and four staff?s records. The physical plant was observed and the provider was interviewed regarding policies and procedures.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with subsidy regulations and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on review of 4 staff files, the vendor failed to ensure that a search of central registry within 30 days of the beginning date of employment was completed for three out of four staff.
