An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:00pm-2:00pm. There were a total of 2 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. Children were observed napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor.
