Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted on 6/4/24 from 10:25am to 11:10am. There was 1 child (2 points) in care with the vendor. 1 record for the vendor, 1 household member record, 1 child's record, training certificates, attendance, the emergency preparedness plan and drill records were reviewed to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. A walk through of the family day home was conducted. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
