Inspector Notes

An in-person annual subsidy inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 03/02/2023, between the hours of 9:30 am to 10:30 am. There were (3) children in care (8 points) with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (5) children?s records and (1) adult/household member record submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined (3) areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the vendor.

Based on review, the LOH's Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EP&RP) has not been recently reviewed.

Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (03/02/2023), the last documented review of the RP&RP was from 2021.
2. The RP&RP was observed posted on the bulletin board within the LOH.
