Inspector Notes

An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 3/7/2024 from 11:20-12:15. There was one child present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and adult/household member background checks and TB clearance documentation, physical space, trainings and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
