During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.

Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on February 18, 2025 and completed on February 18, 2025. The inspection started at 9:00am and concluded at 9:50am. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 8. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records on-site.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The vendor Will maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.

Electrical outlets will have protective covers that are of a size that cannot be swallowed by children.

Poisonous substances such as cleaning agents, disinfectants, and deodorizers, will be stored in areas inaccessible to children.

Disinfecting wipes and air freshener were stored in the bathroom that was accessible to the children.

Children will be protected from materials that could be swallowed or present a choking hazard. Toys or objects less than 1-1/4 inches in diameter and less than two inches in length shall be kept out of reach of children less than three years of age.

Small toys that could pose a chocking hazard were observed in the living room, accessible to the children under 3 years of age.
