Inspector Notes
An annual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 05/15/2024, between the hours of 10 am to 12 pm. There were (2) children in care (6 points) with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (4) children?s records and (1) adult household record submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
The information gathered during this inspection determined that there were no areas of non-compliance with the applicable regulations or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
