A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 3/29/2023 from11:30pm through 12:30pm. There were 3 children directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, activities and interactions with children, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were inspected. Three children's records, vendor information and household member information was reviewed.
Information gathered determined violations with applicable code or requirements and are listed on the Violation Notice.

Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not maintain a record of the dates of the practice drills for one year.
Evidence: There were no drills documented for 2022. The vendor stated that they didn't know they needed to keep the drill log for one year.
