A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on February 28, 2023, between 10:30am and 11:30am. There were no children present with 1 provider/vendor supervising. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 1 child's record, 1 provider/vendor record and 1 household member records were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. There were no areas of non-compliance observed.. Contact .
