Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on July 20, 2023 beginning at 10:30 am and ending at 11:30 am. There were four (4) children in attendance at the time of the inspection. Required background searches, training certificates and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or laws. No violations issued.
