Inspector Notes
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. No children were in care today. A total of 2 children currently enrolled. A walk through of the Vendor's home was completed, observation of 2 cribs onsite was made. The exit interview was conducted with the Vendor. The inspection was conducted between 10:45am to 12:45pm.
