Inspector Notes

An announced non-mandated inspection was conducted on March 29, 2023 from 12:45 P.M.-1:45 P.M. The inspection was completed in regard to a request to modify the license to increase capacity. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Additional space was measured for capacity and required postings and emergency plan and procedures were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
