An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on December 15, 2023 from 1:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. in response to a concern received by the Valley Licensing Office on December 11, 2023 in the areas of programs and supervision.
Observation of the infant classroom was conducted. Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation and one child's record were reviewed.
Based upon the preponderance of the evidence collected, the complaint regarding programs and supervision was determined not valid.
