The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 1 caregiver's records to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. The children were observed arriving with the vendor to the family day home, watching TV, getting diapered and playing with toys. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
