An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on January 22, 2024, between the hours of approximately 9:00 a.m. and 9:40 a.m. There were 0 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. Physical plant, household records, and emergency drills were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor. Based on record review, the vendor failed to maintain a record of the dates of the emergency response practice drills for one year.
Evidence:
1. At the time of inspection, the vendor did not have documentation of shelter-in-place and lockdown drills conducted in 2023 or of evacuation drills conducted from April to December 2023.
2. The vendor stated that the drills had been completed, but the document had been misplaced.
