Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and a virtual tour of the program.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on February 25, 2022. There were no children present as they were in school but the Vendor was present and able to answer questions and show documents. The Vendor and a household member have current CPR certification and the Vendor has taken over 18 hours in annual training. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date.
Information gathered during the inspection determined one non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Based on record review and interview, it was determined the Vendor did not maintain a record of the annual lockdown drill.
Evidence:
1.The Vendor had records of monthly evacuation drills and monthly shelter in place drills but was unable to locate written record of Lockdown drill.
Plan of Correction: We will be sure to write it when we do the next one.
