8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Inspector Notes
An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on March 8, 2024. There were (3) children in care and (0) children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (3) children?s records and (1) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
