Inspector Notes

An unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted on 2/7/2023, The vendor had 3 children in care, a total of 8 points. The vendor was observed playing with the children, lots of animal play and talking about animal sounds. Discussed rest time, the provider has one child that rests, he is more than 12 months and can rest on a mat or a cot. If the vendor enrolls an infant she will need to buy a new crib, mesh sided port a cribs can no longer be used. Lunch is going to be rice, beans and meat as well as mandarins and grapes.
