Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:00am - 10:40am. The vendor had 2 children in care totaling 6 points. Inspector observed the children playing and having positive interactions with the vendor. There was lots of space and toys available for the children to play with and explore. A tour of the house was conducted, all places in the house were observed clean and safe. 2 childrens records were reviewed. The vendors training was reviewed. A violation notice was given to the vendor along with this inspection summary. Evidence: After interview with the vendor and review of emergency drill record, the provider failed to have a drill in January 2024.
Plan of Correction: I will make sure I have monthly drills.
