Inspector Notes

An in person annual subsidy monitoring inspection was conducted. One child was present with the vendor for 4 points during the inspection. The provider uses the living room for daycare. All food is bought from home. Home was well maintained and supplied with materials and equipment for children in care. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
