A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on today between 10:45am and 11:30am. There was 4 child present with 1 provider/vendor supervising. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 2 children's records, 1 provider/vendor record and 1 household member record were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Plan of Correction: I did a shelter in place drill that month I didn't realize I needed to do a fire drill too.. I will make sure to do a fire drill every month.
