A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on today between 8:45am and 9:45am. There was1 child present with 1 provider/vendor supervising. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 3 children's records, 1 provider/vendor record and 4 household member records were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
