Inspector Notes
An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on May 4, 2023 from 11:00am until 11:30am. There were 2 children in care with 1 caregiver. One child was observed sleeping. Another child was observed playing in a bouncer. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 4 household members records. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
