A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 05/01/2025 from 11:20am to 12:20pm. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 5. The inspector reviewed 3 childrens records and 4 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Medication, including medications for caregivers and household members, shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

Caregiver/household over-the-counter medication were not stored using a safe locking method. Two open shelves above the kitchen sink contained approximately 10-12 bottles of vitamins and allergy medication.
