An unannounced annual health and safety inspection as conducted on October 20 2022 between 10:20am and 11:10am. There were no children in care at the time of inspection. The child records, household records, vendor records, and emergency documents were reviewed. The physical space of the day care was inspected. Violations are listed on the violation notice page. Based on observation and interview the provider and assistant did not have a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) that included an in-person competency demonstration.
