Inspector Notes

On 03/ 09/2022 a virtual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the inspector was not onsite and the inspection was completed via mobile video application as well as phone and email components. During the inspection the home and emergency supplies and procedures were inspected, Child, vendor and household member records were reviewed. 2 children were in care the morning of the inspection and had departed for school.
