Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on January 23, 2025. the inspection started at 9:35am and concluded at 10:55am. There were no children present. The inspector reviewed seven children's records, and three caregiver/household members' records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
