An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted On July 18, 2022. One child (4 points) was in care directly supervised by 1 provider/vendor. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, one child's record, one provider/vendor record, and two household member records were reviewed, Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor/provider. Inspection conducted 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
