A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted today, between 08:45am and 09:30am. There were 2 children present with 1 provider/vendor supervising. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 2 children's records, 3 provider/vendor record and 2 household member records were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
