A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/21/2023 to review health and safety requirements. This inspection took place between the hours of approximately 11:00 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. There was 1 caregiver with 2 children for a total of 5 points within
supervision guidelines. Children were observed engaging in free play. Children's files, vendor records, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were 0 medications on site at this time. No violations were cited during this visit. Thank you for your cooperation.
