Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) completed on 3/12/2025. The inspection started at 2:05 pm and concluded at 2:25 pm. There was 1 caregiver and no children in care, but 3 were expected to arrive after school. The new children. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records on-site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
