Inspector Notes

An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 9/27/2024 from 12:10-1:20. There were no children present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 4 children's records and adult/household member background checks and TB clearance documentation, physical space, trainings and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor. Potentially poisonous substances, materials, and supplies such as, but not limited to, cleaning agents, disinfectants, deodorizers, plant care chemicals, pesticides, and petroleum distillates shall be stored away from food in areas inaccessible to children.

Under the bathroom sink was an unlocked cabinet with toilet cleaner, Comet. On the outside patio where the children play were several containers of car fluids/lubricants, including but not limited to antifreeze/coolant.
