Inspector Notes
An annual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 12/13/2023, between the hours of 4:45 pm to 5:45pm. There were no children in care. The two school-age children were picked up prior to the start of inspection; at that time there were a total of 2 points with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (3) adult household records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. All other applicable subsidy health and safety standards were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
