Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 11/18/21 and concluded on 11/23/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from 11 months to 3 years, with the provider supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The provider failed to complete a training requirement.
Evidence: Based on the review of training records the provider took 12 out of the required 16 hours of training in the last licensing year.
Plan of Correction: I have signed up for training in the beginning of December and will make sure I take 16 hours in the next licensing year.
