An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on September 12, 2024 and completed on September 12, 2024, as a part of current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:35am and ended at 12:25pm. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site.
This inspection included:
? document review of Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication
administration logs, authorization forms,
? tour of the facility,
? interviews,
? observations of assistant preparing lunch and feeding infants, children singing and dancing, hand-washing.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
