An unannounced, on-site Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 08/07/2024 and completed on 08/07/2024. The on-site inspection began at 12 pm and ended at 1 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the area listed above. There was 1 child present and 1 staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 adult household records on-site/ on 08/06/2024. This inspection included:
