Inspector Notes

An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on DATE and TIME. There were 4 children in care present with the vendor. The children were observed playing freely. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

-Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
