Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 7/23/2024 beginning at 3:25pm and ending at 4:20pm. There were 2 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. Required background searches, training certificates and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
