Inspector Notes

This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate protocol necessary due to the state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

An annual subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 1/7/2022. The vendor was contacted using remote application. The vendor reported that they currently had no children in care. The inspector reviewed policies and required child information when in care. The vendor provided documentation of up to date trainings and emergency preparedness planning.

Information gathered determined NO Violations with applicable laws and requirements.
