Inspector Notes
An unannounced annual subsidy health and safety inspection ( SHSI) was conducted on 11/21/2022 from 12:50 pm-1:20 pm. There were 2 children in care with the vendor. A sample of child records, provider training and household member records were reviewed. During the inspection; the home and emergency supplies and procedures were also inspected. The children were resting after returning from pick up at school.

Based on records reviewed, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence: There were 2 children incare at the time of the inspection and no written attendance of their arrival into care today ( 11/21/2022).
