Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact and remote virtual application.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and completed on 9/22/2021. There were no children present at the time of the inspection. 3 additional children arrive for afterschool care later in the day. A code compliance inspection was conducted at the time of this inspection, as well as a review of child and vendor information, policies and procedures, emergency preparedness planning and drills and child care areas.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
