A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 09/16/2022 from 9:30 am-10:15 am.
There was 1 child in care at the time of inspection. A sample of provider records, child information, household member information, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and plans were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Diapering, hand washing and cleaning routines were also reviewed.
There were no violations cited.
