A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 08/25/20232023 from 09:00 am-09:50 am. There were 2 children directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, activities, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were inspected. The children's records, vendor information and household member information were also reviewed.
Information gathered determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
