An unannounced, on-site annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 8/20/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 amand ended at 10:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There was 1 child present with the provider. The inspector reviewed
children?s records and provider records on site. This inspection included :
document review , policies and procedures, emergency drill logs,
tour of the program and emergency supplies.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or
law. No violations were issued.
