An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted on June 28 2022 between 10:20am and 11:30am. There were 5 children in the care of the vendor. The child records, household record, and the physical space was observed and inspected. Violations are listed on the violation report. Based on direct observation, the vendor did not ensure that the family day home did not exceed the capacity of children cared for as allowed by law or regulation.

Evidence: Upon arrival, the inspector observed 5 children in the direct care of the vendor. The vendor stated that one child, identified as her grandchild, was dropped off by the vendor's own child and would be picked up shortly. The child was picked up at 10:40am.
