Inspector Notes
An annual inspection was conducted today from 2:05PM - 3:00PM. At Inspector arrival there were 3 children present with one caregiver. Children were observed preparing to leave for the day, playing with a variety of age appropriate toys and equipment.
1 child, 1 caregiver and 2 household member records were reviewed.
Emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, bathroom and diapering supplies and records were all in compliance today.
