Inspector Notes

An announced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 8/19/2021. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not site This inspection was conducted via video application as well as email and phone correspondence. There was 1 child present directly supervised the vendor. The home, staff records, child records, and household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Child were observed playing freely outside and preparing for a magic show. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non- compliance are indicated in the violation notice.

Based on review and request it was determined that a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs was not maintained.

Evidence: During inspection vendor did not have a written hard copy record of daily attendance available.
