Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site health and safety inspection occurred on 3/31/2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:25am and ended at 12:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 3 children's records, 1 caregiver record, 5 household members records and 2 pet records.
This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
