Inspector Notes

An annual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 03/07/2024, between the hours of 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. There was (1) one child in care (3 points) with the Vendor. The inspector reviewed (4) four children?s records and (4) four adult household records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
