Inspector Notes

A unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted on 9/8/2022 from 1:00pm to 2:10pm. There was 1 child in care (2 points) with the vendor. Ratios were in compliance. The home, 1 staff record, 1 child?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Pack and play documentation was reviewed. Child was observed napping. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
